About Our Princesses

Meet our royal team! Our queens and princesses are kind, sweet, and gentle, with hearts full of love for children. They embody grace and warmth, ensuring every moment is magical. Many of our performers are professional dancers, actors, and singers, bringing their talents and charisma to life with every wave of the wand. About the Venue

The Pearl Ballroom is a stunning 4,600 sq ft space with gorgeous chandeliers, a spacious dance floor, comfortable seating area, and a sparkling disco ball that adds a touch of magic to the atmosphere! The ballroom is located inside Shawn Gardner’s dance facility in Tigard.

Note: this is not a formal sit-down event, and seating is limited. A few tables will be available for enjoying the kids’ food and drinks, but they cannot be reserved for individual families. We anticipate that most of our younger guests will be up and moving throughout the event, so round tables will be reserved for those actively eating. Additionally, couches and benches will be available for anyone who needs a break!

Admission: 

  • Tickets: $39. Everyone, including adults, need their own ticket. WE ARE SOLD OUT!

  • Optional VIP Package: Add a rhinestone tiara and light-up magic wand for just $25!

Session Options:

  • Morning Session: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

We suggest that you arrive on time, so that you do not miss any of the performances!

Age Restriction

  1. The minimum age for this event is 2 years old, and the maximum age is 8 years old. Children under 2 are not permitted due to safety reasons.

  2. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. A guardian is someone who is at least 16 years of age. 

  3. Have an infant? We recommend leaving babies at home as the ball environment can be busy and noisy. Note that we also do NOT allow strollers inside the ballroom. We also need you to closely supervise your child at all times, and we know how hard it can be to juggle two kids at once!

Dress Code:

  • Dress casually or go all out—it's your child's moment to feel like royalty for the day!

  • We guarantee plenty of fun photo opportunities.

Please remember, this is not a drop-off event. Parents and/or guardians must supervise their children at all times.

Optional VIP Add-on $25:

  • Sparkling rhinestone tiara and a glowing magic wand

  • Add-on purchases will be given to the child at check-in.

  • The event is designed for children aged 2-8. For safety reasons we do not allow children under 2.

    All children must be accompanied by a guardian and supervised at all times.

  • Parking is available in Shawn Gardener's parking lot. There is also a neighborhood lot that allows us to park there, and plenty of street parking is available.

    General Event Rules

    1. No outside food or drinks allowed.

    2. All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend the event, you may gift your ticket to a friend.

    3. Tickets must be presented at the door for entry.

    4. All attendees (adults and children) must have a ticket for entry.

    3. No strollers allowed inside the ballroom; please leave them in your car.

    Photography & Personal Items

    1. Photography is encouraged, but please be mindful of other attendees during photos.

    2. Parts of the event may be photographed or filmed, and by attending, you consent to the use of these images or videos for promotional purposes by the organizers.

    3. We ask that all personal items be kept to a minimum for safety and convenience.

    4. We are not responsible for your personal items; please keep them with you at all times.

    Indemnification Clause:
    By attending this event, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, their agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the event. This includes any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • Yes, we’ll have a selection of princess-themed treats, drinks, and desserts for everyone to enjoy and is included in your ticket price.

  • No, we will not have a professional photographer at the event. Please bring your own camera to capture the magic! There will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day, and we’ll also have a fully automated photo booth and printer available for you to snap and print fun memories!

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but if you know you can’t attend, you may gift your ticket to a friend.

  • No, we do not allow outside food. However, kids' snacks and desserts are included with admission. We will also have water on-site, and there are drinking fountains available.

  • Yes, restrooms are connected to the ballroom for your convenience.

  • Yes! We have professional princess performers to bring the magic to life!
