Our Special Events are extremely popular and usually sell fast. All ticket sales are non-refundable and sales are final. If you miss an event we do not offer a refund, make-up or credit. If you purchased a ticket and already know you can’t make it, you may gift your ticket to a friend.

In some cases, yes. If we do accept your punch pass for an event, the ticket page description will say so. Make sure to pick the Punch Pass option under Admission and don’t forget to fill in your name. If we can’t find a punch pass in your name, we will contact you via text or email. If we don’t hear back from you, we will need to cancel your ticket and you will be notified via email.

If an event is listed as sold-out, then we won’t be able to accomodate any walk-ins. However, if it’s not sold out, or we have last-minute cancellations or no-shows, you may walk-in and pay ticket price at check-in, subject to availability. Feel free to call us or text us ahead of time to check.
